We plan on baking the final cupcakes on Wednesday, October 10. What we are going to do to keep them fresh is, cover them with foil or plastic wrap and store them in the refrigerator. This should keep the cupcakes fresh, as they would be getting out of the oven. The final product is due the 12th, Friday. We are planning to icing the cupcakes and setting the display up on that same day.
